Sometimes it seems as though we’ve re-invented ourselves….the way we used to entertain friends….and just be available for the impromtu invite or night out has taken a back seat in the limo of pickle peddlin’. Festivals take up a lot of our time we’d otherwise be spending with friends and family….and then when the festival’s over….we’re busy filling new pickle jars and trying to balance our schedules between three kids with three different but fun and all so important schedules. It was so nice to see cousin Louise at the Field Of Greens Festival! We got to fill her in on what’s been up with us…funny how family can sometimes be the last to know. Life for us this past year or so has been incredibly fast-paced and completely out of the ordinary for us. Our dining room and side porch have seen far fewer fun dinner parties and our families have seen far fewer sitings of all of us. Luckily, we’re gaining so much from our travels….meeting people we would never have met otherwise…doing things we never would have done without our calendar filled with festival dates! So…for all our friends and family…we hope you miss us enough to be waiting when the festival calender slows down!
